Kids Yoga Every Wednesday Beginning November 16th!

After a much too long hiatus, Kids Yoga begins again next month! The recommended age range is between 4-8, but a 3 year old who's more advanced with their vocabulary and following direction could be apart of this class. As always, reach out to us if you have any questions!
