A vigorous flow, designed with a fitness approach. Not recommended for beginners.

Child Pose
Gentle Flow

A slow, stretchy class, leaving you balanced and restored. Open to all levels.

Shavasana
Restorative 

A supportive class, designed to achieve ultimate relaxation. Multiple props are used. Open to all levels. 

Workout at Home
Pilates 

A method of exercise consisting of low-impact flexibility, muscular strength and endurance movements all while emphasizing proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. In short, it's a wonderful workout that will leave you feeling aligned and refreshed.

Ashtanga Yoga
Deep Stretch Yin

Similar to Restorative, a series of long-held, passive floor poses meant to gently stretch muscles, ligaments, and connective tissues. Props are sometimes used.
